These terms apply to this website, the demo calls on it, and the CallTex service. By using them you agree to the following.
The service
CallTex provides AI phone agents, an agent builder, lead research, WhatsApp reminders and call analytics for businesses. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the service until released.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content of your agents, for having the right to contact the people your agents call or message, for giving callers any notices the law requires, and for reviewing what the agents do. CallTex provides the tools; you remain the data controller for your customers.
Acceptable use
No harassment, threats, deception or unlawful collection conduct. No contacting people who have asked not to be contacted. Outbound calling and messaging are disabled until numbers are allowlisted and a person approves each list; circumventing these controls is a breach of these terms.
Demo calls
Demo calls on this website are for evaluation only. They are limited in length and frequency, and demo agents do not represent any real business.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative launch prices and are confirmed at sign-up. We tell you before any usage beyond your plan is charged.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, CallTex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law of your own country are not affected.
