How it works

From your business description to a live phone agent

You describe the business. CallTex writes the agent, you test it by voice in the browser, and you decide what it may do.

  1. 1

    Pick an industry

Start from one of eight industry templates: persona, opening line, call flow, FAQ, tools, hand-over rules and compliance lines are already there.

  2. 2

    Describe your business

Two lines are enough: name, location, opening hours, prices, house rules. The builder rewrites the template as your agent.

  3. 3

    Talk to it

Call the agent in your browser before it ever touches a phone. Interrupt it, ask something odd, ask for a human.

  4. 4

    Decide what it may do

Booking, knowledge answers and hand-over are on. Outbound calls and messages stay off until you allowlist numbers and approve.

  5. 5

    Watch it work

Every call lands in the log with a transcript, summary, intent, captured fields and a QA score.

What powers the calls

Live conversation runs on the latest, cutting-edge AI voice technology. You choose per agent between CallTex Live Voice (fastest, speech-to-speech) and CallTex Voice Pipeline (for tool-heavy calls). CallTex Builder writes the agents, translates them and scores calls afterwards. Keys and credentials stay on our servers; the browser only ever receives the call.

Phone lines Coming soon

Phone-line connection is still being set up. Today you can test agents in the browser and run WhatsApp; once lines are live you can forward your existing number or take a new one from us.
